Through his work across corporate finance, business systems and capability development, Shahzaib Paracha saw a recurring pattern.
Organisations were often offered isolated services before their actual business problem had been understood. Finance, technology, automation and people capability were treated as separate matters, even when the business outcome depended on all of them working together.
